Hi All.. Thank you for taking the time to get to know a little something about me. My name is Britt, I am the proud founder and owner of CalgaryMoms.ca.
When I found out I was pregnant I searched around online hoping to connect with other pregnant or new moms to ask questions and maybe make new friends. I managed to find a few global mom websites online where i did connect with a few moms. Unfortunately they lived on the other side of Calgary which made it difficult for me to meet up with them without a car. I knew there were a lot more moms closer to me in my area to meet with so i took it upon myself to see what I could do.
Calgary Moms.ca first started out as a resource directory in 2004 and officially launched in February 2005. Then in March 2005 I added a community forum hoping to connect with moms in the same situation I was in. Since then it has been an amazing journey.
